By using cocoadoodles.com or the Furever Family Portal you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be an adult to submit an application or create an account.
Puppies, applications and deposits
Information about litters, puppies, availability, dates and pricing is provided in good faith and can change. Submitting an application or joining a waitlist does not guarantee a puppy.
The adoption of a puppy is governed by the Cocoa Doodles Puppy Sales Contract that you sign. If anything on this site conflicts with that contract, the contract controls.
Furever Family Portal accounts
- The portal is available to Cocoa Doodles families by invitation.
- Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or remove access if an account is misused or if these terms are broken.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, documents and other information you add to the portal. You give Cocoa Doodles permission to store, display and use that content as needed to provide the portal to you and to support your puppy.
If we would like to feature your photos publicly, on our website or social media, we will ask first.
Please only upload content you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, harmful or misleading.
Health and care information
The portal’s tools, including health records, reminders, weight tracking and expected adult weight, care finders and guides, are for general information and organization. They are not veterinary advice and do not replace your veterinarian.
In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital right away.
Shop
Shop items are printed and shipped by our partner Printify. Prices, shipping, returns and support for shop orders are handled at checkout in the Printify store and are subject to its terms.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, no automated scraping or data collection, no spam through our forms, and no use of the site to harass others or break the law.
Our content
The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to Cocoa Doodles or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse our photos and content without asking.
Links to other sites
We link to outside resources for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
No warranties; limits on liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cocoa Doodles is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or guarantees you have in your Puppy Sales Contract or under law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
