Who can use the portal?
Every Cocoa Doodles family. It’s one of the benefits of being part of our family. Your invitation arrives by email after your deposit.
I brought a puppy home before the portal existed. Can I join?
Absolutely. Use the form below and we’ll send you an invitation. Past families are always welcome.
Is my information private?
Only you and Cocoa Doodles can see what’s in your portal. Documents are stored privately, and anything you share with a sitter or vet goes through a private link that shows only what you choose. You can turn it off at any time.
Can I add more than one dog?
Yes. You can keep separate health records, weights and documents for each dog in your family.
